The Economist Have Got It Right

I hate the Beanie Babies craze and at last they have been mugged off!!!
You may or may not be aware that some of these toys are worth thousands of
pounds, after the Baby retires!!?? Apparently Ty who make the toys put an announcement
on their website where they suggested Retirement of Beanie Babies. The
idea is obviously to send the prices of these useless articles souring. Especially
after bring out a new bear called "The End" which coincided with this
statement. They blacked out the website for 12 hours and Children and
Collectors allegedly sat up all night to see if the news was correct.
Maybe it will work, and then again maybe they are stabbing their customers
in the back. If people can't afford to buy them Ty have practically shot
themselves in the foot. In the present economic climate - is this such a good
ploy?

There's no-one quite like Artoo

I have managed to see him, my hero!!! My heart was in my mouth when he
was working on mending the ship and his buddies where getting blasted away
but good ole Artoo, did not disappoint and there he was, all the way
through what a hero! He should not better than to trust Anankin (Darth
Vader to be) Skywalker though! Jedi knows the score!
