Better now that I've had my first coffee of the day! Spent the weekend having too much fun, which the lord punishes us for with raging headaches on the first day back at work!

What have you been up to? Looking forward to winter?

This has been a rainy spring for us and this is the first week without rain predicted in months! (Of course, this is the week we make our budget presentations to the public so I get to work late every day this week!)

Too much fun, Jimi...? You must be older than you thought! I agree entirely with the "first coffee of the day" apotheosis, though.

Winter cannot come quickly enough, for mine - it'll be good to be able to do stuff without sweating ALL the time! This is an unusually wet Autumn for us, too, although the rain has not been quite so constant as it has apparently been for you. I suspect that no matter when the sun shines, you're bound to have something else to do but be able to appreciate it in all its fullness. Enjoy what you can, when you can - you probably won't be able to do more!

Not a great deal of other news that I haven't told in my journal. I'm heading home to my parents' for a while tomorrow, which should be a nice break from the tedium round here! I'll still be on the site, though, and hopefully well into editing my next batch by the time I get back.
