Well, as the bearer of average tidings, maybe. 
My sources tell me she could very well still be a week or two (possibly more) from gettin' that there phone turned back on. However, she was spotted, albeit extremely briefly, on AIM last night, but we don't think it was her. But she'll be around soon, I think.
