Hey, you're back!! Well, you probably knew that. How is everything?

Dude! Well, actually, it's probably better to say "Maaaate!" or something similar, but I'm deranged enough as it is by all the goings on that have been, well, going on... How are you yourself...?

Everything is fine. My brothers both got married over the weekend - the first on Saturday, and the second on Monday. It was all done in that time frame to accommodate my parents, who having come back from China for the first of the two weddings were only going to be in the country for a short time before Christmas. As a result, by the time I came home on Tuesday I was incredibly tired and close to passing out from alcohol poisoning. I had to deal with a lot of questions about "why aren't you married yet?", to which I always answer "because nobody's asked me". The receptions were fun, though, and I got to see some people I hadn't seen for some time, which was good. On top of all that, I think my brothers (and their brides!) enjoyed themselves too.

I got my first lot of editings in before leaving for the weddings, and upon my return noticed that the Sexual Frustration article has been edited as well. Things are becoming more interesting.

My contract here is soon to finish: do you know of any good ISPs in the Canberra area to which I can subscribe and get value for money...?

Glad to hear you had fun. I was wondering how come you were going to your brothers' weddings... It seemed a bit strange, but now it makes perfect sense. (I had this weird 'double wedding' scenario in my head!)

The best value for money ISP around here is to be found at www.loggingonfromwork.com.au. My current (other!) ISP is only really value for money because I got 150 free hours when I bought my new computer. I haven't got around to investigating what the best option will be once that time elapses (any time now, I should think!).

I'm looking to back up on Netspeed - I remembered that I have an account with them which I haven't used in some time (due to the abovementioned scenario) which I'm going to see if I can get to work tonight, hopefully. If it works, and it's fast enough, I'll stick with them, I guess. If it doesn't work, I may need some more hardware...

Are you going to be around for the housewarming I have scheduled on 4 December? Any and all partners, families etc. are welcome: I'm looking for a BIG, completely jubilant and enjoyable excuse for getting ready for Christmas...!

Hey, I hope so - that sounds fun: only possible problem is it's my best friend's birthday on the second and I may have to be partying down the coast that weekend (which would be a shame, but I daresay I could find a way to enjoy myself there too!).

Bingo! I am currently using my old account on Netspeed - it's slow, but it will probably do, given the price and the fact that I still have another 20k of transmission speed up my sleeve.
