There ARE still a few of the "oldies" around, but most of the ones who I used to associate with have disappeared, at least for the moment. People like bubster keep popping up when you least expect them, however, which I think is kind of nice...!
As for how long I've been here: check the numbers!
Thanks hugely for your birthday wishes - parties are a bit of a lost art, I think. I'll have to get back into practice...!

I refuse to believe you, on account of the fact that you know far too much about what a party's supposed to involve (you wouldn't be able to EAT cake when you were three, for example!)!
I'm off to do useful stuff on the web, which is a bit of a crime against type, I suspect, but it's nice to be able to stay where I am at the moment...
