Read a little about you & your situation. I was diagnosed nearly 9 years ago but I most probably had it for a lot longer. Withs
telling me there was nothing wrong with me.
Hope you are coping well this week. My experience is such that it is
one day at the time, putting one foot infront of the other.
Can't handle unexpected pressures very well. How do you cope with unexpected pressures?

Hi Aspera. Sorry it has taken a while to reply, Clare doesn't check her site very often sometimes and I only pop in occasionally, have other stuff to do on H2G2.

How do we cope with unexpected pressures? Not sure really, as you probably find yourself, health issues crop up out of the blue that create problems and stresses for Clare. I think key to dealing with this is to create a life in which we are basically happy. Our finaces are in good shape and we are very happy where we live. Thus the problems Clare's health causes can be placed in the overall context of our lives. Also, we have learned to accept that these things are going to happen and that all we can do is deal with each new problem as it arrives and then move on to the next.
