Aw thank you Cate that is so nice. If we get to a point where no-one is helping us here I'll get back to you because it must be hard to do all that sort of thing remotely.

Am currently waiting for the Dell man to come back to me because I can't right the sound card, but I might take you up on that because I am truly gutted about the photos - I can't believe I didn't back stuff up!!
