It's not like they didn't murder the sentence structure, anyway. "The conical bores of the oboe and saxophone have conical bores" was what it read before I shouted at the editors.
In any case, I need sympathy.. I've just spent the best part of 3 hours polishing my playing of the Rondo / Alegretto from Weber's first clarinet concerto, and I'm just about ready to
