I would like to know why my two charming ,intelligent teenage daughters have chosen the most irritating youth in the area as the object of their affections.Why is it so important to talk to him for four or five hours every night of the week? All my pleas for just a single nights' peace without his sneering face peering at me around the front door,have been in vain.As for having a smart conversation with either of my daughters,forget it.I discovered long ago that any attempt at reasonable discussion would be met with much rolling of eyes,much sighing,and end up with bedroom door slamming.
