Yesterday at work I met someone who used to work in Reading and has transferred to the McDonalds's here for uni. He has worked in 2 McDonalds there, the Oracle and the Express McDonalds, and he says he's never heard of a McDeluxe. So, are you sure you're not confusing it with something else?
What do you think it has in it?

Well for a start I'm probably confussing it with amsterdam... and secondly it's was like a big mac (3pieces of cardboard with 2 pieces of cow gut/eye/brains/etc... in, garnished with some rather nice gerkin..) However this was just better quality... I don't know, but it just tasted nicer...
