Small acts of rebellion #1

I've just cleaned the kitchen with a product that quite clearly states "bathroom cleaner" on the label. And what are they going to do about it, eh? Eh? smiley - tongueout

A letter from Brigadier Sir Charles Arthur Strong (Mrs).

Thank heavens there are still some people in this country with a sense of moral values...

Damn this internet thing!

I was going to have an early night tonight. Then I went online for a quick 10 minutes, and now it's quarter past one in the morning. smiley - sleepy

Great moments in Brit Awards history

1989: Mick Fleetwood and Samantha Fox host two hours of sheer farce. Boy George is introduced as "Here they are, the Four Tops!" Neither works in TV again.

1992: The KLF play a thrash metal version of "3am Eternal" and dump a dead sheep backstage. They split up three months later.

1996: Jarvis Cocker invades the Second Coming of the great prophet Jackson and shows his arse to the crowd. Neither Cocker nor Jackson are invited back.

2004: Spinal Tap win best British group, Kajagoogoo pick up the lifetime achievement award, and Busted rip out John Peel's heart and trample on it in front of a crowd of baying adolescent girls. Hopefully history will repeat itself.

Twenty-oh-three: the year in review.

Well, it's been a funny old year, and no mistake. Ignoring the war, natural disasters and Michael Schumacher winning the world championship again (smiley - cross), on a personal level 2003 has been a good deal more positive than its predecessor... smiley - erm whatever it was called.

High points: moving out; having my cheap low-quality jokes published in the Book Of The Future; and some roaringly splendid hootoo meets: London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen... but especially London. smiley - whistle

Low points: well.... whatever did happen to U207791 ? smiley - huh
