One very frustrated Eternity as she cannot get into her account so she had too reregister to get HELP!! Started conversation Mar 30, 2001
Please oh wise Guru, I require urgent assistance!!!
I tried to log on to me from a foreign computer, and the beeb won't let me in!!!! I can't go on not being me, it just wouldn't do!!!
Eventually I had to reregister in order to get in and get some help, as some thoughtless person never left a back door for help to be requested in such emergencies!!!
Any suggestions would be welcome!!!

Not to worry, My panic was needless. I tried once more, and I am me again, no longer frustrated, just a happy hiker

I actually don't think I have. Not recently anyway.
I did all that was required around the time h2g2 returned, and have been in regularly. It just wouldn't accept my password about 5 times in a row when I tried to login from this machine.
I think it was trying to see how frustrated it could get me. Once it had me convinced that the only way to get help was to open a whole new account so that I could get in and speak to someone (which of course you cannot do if you are not logged in, no matter how desperately you may need help).
Once it had me completely irritated 
and ready to introduce a new round bit of emptiness in the middle of the screen with my hand shoved in there somewhere
, it decided that letting me in wouldn't be such a bad idea after all.
So here I am, I've had my rant, and seeing as you came all this way to offer your help...
Tell me, do you have any clue where I can find nowhere?
