Jimi X is right, I was following him.
He seems to have zany adventures here, and was made a subeditor. So I hopped onto a couple of his forums to see what's what.

He's talking about the West Shore.
We live on opposite sides of the Susquehanna River in central Pennsylvania. There's a running joke in the area that the West Shore is snobby and full of rich people and that the East Shore is trashy and rundown. (which it is! )

Don't believe him Jinx! Where I live is a nice place with running water, paved roads and everything.
Actually, if you ever visit the US, I'd suggest you try to get to Pennsylvania. There's not too many bad spots in the state. Even if regional rivalries would lead you to believe different.
