What do you mean I don't seem to be around much any more?
I'm always here. Just lurking in different spots recently.
You could always check out what I've been up to in the recent past. My journal is fairly updated and stuff...
And I simply cannot believe you were born the same month I started going to college. That's simply not possible is it?
I'm older than you are older than my oldest daughter. (Does that make sense?)
Ta!

You are completely smashed, aren't you?
OK, don't mind me, I just assumed you weren't around any more. One should never make such assumptions...
I was born in July.. There're 31 days in July for stuff to happen in. It's perfectly possible that you started going to college on one of those days...
Is that a kinda scrambled version of: "I'm older than you and you're older than my oldest daighter"? If so, then it makes sense. If not, then it doesn't.
Did *that* make sense?

Yes, you got that jumbled sentence right! I can't believe that made sense to anyone.

I have learnt to make sense where there is no sense. Otherwise I'd never understand what I'm ranting on about..

Oh, you don't make sense at all. What I'm saying is that I have learned to understand what I, myself, am saying. At least this way I can understand at least half of what is happeneing for at least half of the time.

I just sort of guess at what's going on .... sort of a Dirk Gently zen conversation navigation technique.
Besides, you know what they say...
...Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I like that! The "broken clock" thing!
I've never read Dirk Gently.. I just like HHG.
Ha! Jinx is 14 today!

No, actually. Lots of CDs. Nikki bough me a copy of "High Fidelity" which I've been reading and really enjoying! It reminds me of the Adrian Mole books. I dunno whether you've read them? They're good.
Thank you for the present.
However, I think I'll pass on the cake. I've already eaten way too much...!
