It's me! Please read this soon
I just looked at the who's online bit and saw you!
I'm getting a fish and I've started hacking half life, I might need your help with a few models as well, I've got tones of ideas for it.

WAHOOOOOO
I can play half life online
I signed up with freenet.co.uk for my ISP and I now get a bloody good ping
I'm always in the top half of the score board (normally only a few frags from top depending on how many players there are).
I've downloaded tones of mods for HL and I even got Qoole99 which supports HL
I've pak'ed temp (I can make proper pak files now) and I'll get it zipped and sent to you in the next few days.
There have been quite a few changes so have a flick through the crappie read me file I chucked together.
Oh and check your bloody home page (H2G2) and the H2G2 users logged on more often cos when I started this thread you were online at the same time but you buggered off before you saw it
See you later

I just read all the stuff about frags, HL, pak'ed temp and everything else.
And I don't understand any of it at all.
Do I win £5?

Technically, yes, however, as it's not possible to send cash over the net, practically, no.

Actually, I was lying, you don't win anything. I am a student after all, and quite stupendously short of cash.
Its all about a quake mod me and a mate made about a year ago, called (for want of a better name) - temp. Simple really.

The thought of the future makes me cringe when I think that you (a student) could be what it holds in store.

Until recently I was a student...I couldn't afford a computer, we used to have a collective play station (we;; it belonged to little Ben but everyone used it, you get the idea).
When I was studying sherry seemed to feature quite a lot as part of my diet, why? answers on a postcard please

I am now dreaming of sherry filled chocolate fishies like the Harvey's bristol ones I had when I was young. Do they still make those chocolate delights where you get all the different liquors in a box at Christmas?
