so i have this entry that has been pending moderation and now i see it is HIDDEN because i broke a house rule... but it doesnt say what rule... then it blithely tells me i can edit it to make it okay ....but i dont know what to edit...

and i have received no email. so i went to the moderation area and sent an email to their feedback email address that pops up when you try to start a conversation in there. so if i do get an email back will it have the info i need in it? and also will it tell me why i need to get rid of it?

"Just have a little patience, when the entry is 'removed' pending moderation you will receive an email. It still can take some hours for the process to complete.

The email will only point to the section of the house rules concidered to be broken but you should be able to find out what to change to make it fit in the rules again. "

i dont know if i am allowed to talk about it here but it did have to do with copyright infringement...

totally clueless of me

so i deleted the content... but i would love to delete the whole guide entry.

is that possible? i mean make the whole thing go away. (it has conversations)

"Open for Edit you will find a button at the very bottom saying Delete.

However I would just leave an explanation in place, it is no shame to have _had_ entries breaking the house rules. You show you learn.

soo... okay great! thanks! ...and, now that i CAN delete it, i am having second thoughts...

youre right... its a nice history of learning...

i think what i will do is put back the NPR link and explain what it is about because it IS an interesting thing!

then if anyone wants to discuss it they can in the conversations.

and i think i will put other odds and ends in the entry too, when i run across them.
