Yes.... well h2g2 has been messing about like this for a few days now..... and it's starting to get a tad annoying... what ARE they doing over there????

Between this problem, the slow server responses, and the periods when h2g2 just flat doesn't work, I'm getting a bit impatient.....which is sad, because I like it here.

I wonder if all the new researchers that have been joining recently have anything to do with it. Used to be when I looked at the "logged on" popup, there wouldn't be more than 20-30 people on. Now sometimes I see upwards of 60-70.

But the more people on here, it's a good thing.... right???

I must agree with the Madmunk. I'm one of the newer ones to join and therefore it must be a good thing.

Yep, the place is cool, if a little large, way too easy to get lost in here. Thankfully a lot of people have taken pity on this lost person of diminutive stature and are showing me around. Who knows, one day I may know my way round well enough to be as bigger pest as El Torino

Hey, everyone. Can I just say that my life is a shambles?

On a lighter note, I bought a JVC camcorder. The one with the Digital Still Camera built in. It's so much fun, I haven't had time to connect it to the computer yet. But the pictures do look good on the television screen.

I get a two week break from my Statistics class, so perhaps I'll be more active here at H2G2.

Hey, the pictures look good on the computer. They even print up ok as long as I run them at 150 dpi (640x480...do the math).

Hmm, even the life thing is looking up, if you discount a mild stomach flu (bleah!)
