I bought some in January that was actually made in the U.S., but the company http://www.bloomsberry.com is in New Zealand. However the I bought today was from a small local company http://www.kerstinschocolates.com.

Which do you prefer, white, milk or dark?

Hmmm... I usually like milk, but sometimes I am in the mood for dark, and if so, look out!
I rarely like white now-a-days, they make it taste so synthetic usually .

I don't really like the white, but this company has a white chocolate with lemon that's not bad.

Let's see*scratches head*(briefly into Montana, back & forth through Michigan, in the Minneapolis airport on the way to Texas, California and Hawaii a few times). About eight altogether.
