Murder

6/10/99 CE ESD- you know, any civilized society, would have a method for killing off those people who were just flat out annoying. You know not just people who were dangerous or people who are in positions that you want but just obnoxious people. People who drink too much and throw up at parties, people who spit in the sidewalk, whiners, and idiots. It could be a govermentment job,"Protector of Human sanity". 3 complaints against a person and he comes to visit the future victim. After a short interview the POHS determines if the victim is truely obnoxious or not. If so bang, thud and justice is done. But, heres the kicker if the POHS decides the vistim isn't obnoxius, he goes and serves the complaintents instead. Bang thud! and justice is done!

Work
Posted Jun 7, 1999
6/7/99 CE ESD- It has weighed heavily on me recently that I sell my time so quickly. As the absolute bottom of the management chain I sell my time for less than $12 an hour. Now this is MY Life I am selling off. It goes away in 8-10 hour chunks every day. I will NEVER get that time back again. If it were something else of value that once used was gone forever, It would definatly be worth more than that paultry sum. Actually the value of me sitting on my ass in the sun all morning doing nothing but drinking a cup of coffee and watching my grass die has more value than all of the money in the world. We need to make a crusade, abolish money, abolish work, free ourselves to become whatever we can be.

God
Posted Jun 6, 1999
6/5/99 CE ESD- Well this is bound to irritate a few loyal readers (pity I dont have any) I have just figured it out! Just today , Just now, I have figured out what God wants. The Hippies/new agers say God wants(and is) love. The Fundemental relegions say that God wants us to be good and be unquestionly loyal. The rockers say that God wants war (they are close). Plato and aristotle seem to tell us that the gods want us to perfect ourselves. But they are all wrong! God wants us to be miserable. Not loyal, not suicidal, not anything other than to be miserable. Think about it, everything in the world is specifally designed to make us miserable. World wide people who could just be happy are condemed to miserble angst filled lives. God, as all powerful as he/she/it is could ease suffering with only the slightest effort. Yet we plod thru our lives being bombared with suffering. Miserable people make us miseable and insted of withering away and dying like the should they suck the life out of us and move onto some one else. Overly happy people make us miserable by showiung us how wretched we really are. Even the seasons are against us, Spring the only of the revitalizing seasons, is also effectivly the shortest. We have to get all of our strength from those breif months so we can survive the other three seasons. Here where I live winter isn't the biggest enemy, summer is. Nevertheless we go from pleasent to intolerable in just a few months. But I digress. If one steps back to take a look, the entire world is a giant machine for churning out misery waves. Perhaps God is like some sort Lovecraftian demon toying with the stuff of life just to create a race who would provide him with his favorite food:suffering. Now that I think about it, I guess this isn't such a new idea. What is the quote? "to live is to suffer, to die is to be born again, and suffer. Buddists: Ya gotta love em.

Day 5 6/1/99 CE ESD
Posted Jun 1, 1999
Life- I am often curious about the inherent and intrinsic value of life. Athough it surely can be said that a single persons life is connected to so many other lives that one person is irreplacible in the grand scheme of things, It can also be said that if the grand scheme is so grand then it surely must have made arrangements for untimly deaths (either planning them or providing for backups) Which leaves us wondering what we are supposed to be doing with this irreplacible yet seemingly worthless commodity.
In other news, I have decided to leave my day counting out because I am far to lazy to keep track of the passing days.
