Hi Two Bit!
Quite obviously I'm not guilty of speeding on that University project lane... but I think it's on the final stretch now. About half of the entries are marked as 'finished', with minor amendments left for the rest (apart from the two hardcore technical entries which need some more work *if* they are going to be kept in).
A few questions...
a - how's the 'police radar' going? I could provide some help about the technical aspects, for example
b - any comments on the entries that are currently up would be welcomed! I haven't received a single comment and I don't know if it's too simple, too heavy, too much, too few, too boring or whatever.

I'm back on the case. I have my notes out from Radar Instructor School. I'll plot the rest of it out tonight, and try and get some more content. Over the weekend (which for me is the next three days, I'll try to finish it off.
Once I do mine, I'll start looking at the others. I expect most of the stuff will be over my head. I'm a little intimdated just by the titles.

Here's a quick question, what range of light does radar operate in? I have the frequencies of police radars at:
X band: 10.500 to 10.550 GHz (gigaHertz, or 1,000,000,000 Hz)
K band: 24.050 to 24.250 GHz
Ka band: 33.4 to 36.0 GHz
Laser: 904 nanometers
Okay, so the laser is actually a wave length instead of a frequency.

I'm getting on with project in spurts. It's getting pretty large. It was five pages when I started earlier tonight. I suspect that it's probably 6 pages or so by now. I think there's probably another page or so to go before I have the whole thing fleshed out.
