Hi, I've gone through the entry now. You need to put the umlauts and the ß as:

ä = ä

ö= ö

ü = ü

ß = ß

I've gone through the entry and found the following (no idea if you've already started with the editing):

be a very straightforward event in fact isn't as trivial - put a comma after event

'Stehmassn' - I've never seen those signs, but I'm inclined to guess it should be Stehmaßn

(a quieter area on the edge of the beer) - looks odd, I think that should be edge of the beer tent


beers a couple of minutes later - from what I know, a couple means 'two', so I'd suggest a change to 'a few'

size known is the 'Mass' (one litre). - Maß
