The great smokescreen to divert our attention
A grubby newspaper editor decides to run a story on MP's expenses.
The total ammount involved is C£10m
At the same time we the people give away £100b to the bankers with not a murmer, write off toxic debt for which a pool of bankers trousered a vast sum of money, dwarfing the ammount claimed by our underpaid MPs
To add insult to injury these same incompetant bankers decide to give themselves another £5b in bonuses,just a whisper from the Newspaper and its rightous editor.
If we dont pay this pond scum called bankers they are all going to leave.
Try telling that to the people who are paying for this credit crunch with their jobs.
All the while all we can do is change the rules on expenses and frighten off large numbers of experienced MPs, to be replaced with Cameron Cutties, Browns buxum betties and more Balls than a bowling alley
