Wowbagger me old chap! Congratulations to you and your better half!
When's the happy event due? What sort of nappies are you hoping to deploy (environmentally friendly ones or those easy to use, but un-environmentally friendly disposable ones)?
So…who's going to first for the first nappy change, then? All that barrier cream is very good for your hands by the way and they could end up as soft as a baby's bottom!

Happy happy joy joy, happy happy joy! Congratulations to you and to Mrs. Wowbagger!
HAVE you changed diapers ever? If not, you are in for a surprise. Might put you off pea soup for a while, but you'll get over that!
I'm very happy for you! When is the stork arriving?

*puff puff puff*
I'm here!!!!
Now... Bub's due in March , No... I've never changed nappies, but then neither has my wife... we both felt that it was something best learnt on a strictly need to know basis . And I'm sure a sensible combination of disposable and non disposable will be employed.
I've read that a test was carried out to see which type of nappy was more environmentally friendly. The verdict was that both types were as bad as each other - disposables take hundreds of years to bio degrade and the chemicals that you use to keep cloth nappies clean infiltrate the the water and kill things...

Hello! Mari-Rae & I were just about to give up on you!
So, a first time parents, hey? *Huge grin* Boy, are you in for a shock! I'm still recovering and my eldest sprog is now 13!
I used disposables for my two, which apparently after working out the cost of chemicals, washing & drying, worked out at about the same price. However, there are now some environmentally friendly, unbleached, biodegradable nappies available on the market although I'm not sure where they're available or how much for. These green things are usually more expensive, and if you're on a tight budget as most new parents usually are, then they'll probably be out of the question.
Either way, good luck! *Passes Mr & Mrs Wowbagger a pair of nose pegs*

It isn't that bad, really. Projectal vomiting, now, is always an alarming surprise.
