In fact I was so concerned I walked my son to the bus pick-up point at the end of the road (first time in 5 years) just to ensure he didn't get blown away.

The walk there was OK, hoods up, walking back, against the wind, sideways on sleet slashing my face and hand holding my hood and now I'm home and heatburn has set inand my soaking-wet jeans are on the radiator.

I could really murder a right now but I don't seem to be able to find any cups...

PS Looks like I am in a minority of one on the map thing

it's only a beta test and may not be permanent. It disappears if you log out. Well I had a little play with that toy last night (after I switched skins) and I found some interesting places I don't know how to "type in" a place name so it is highlighted though, I'll have a chat with B'Elana at the meet
