*panics and starts looking around for guardian or some such celestial being to help*

Never mind about that, Miranda gives her a push!

No time for thought, no time for even a breath, as I get bounced - nay, PUSHED, into the ice lake. Sinkin beneath the frigid waters, I try and at least distinguish the frozen form of St SMoB...

.. is this where we both die as martyrs to the cause of Best Friendship?

Funnily enough, you find SMoB in an igloo at the bottom of the lake; with a big warm blanket around her, and chatting cheerfully with a big yellow fish with pink stripes who offers you a blanket too, and gets you both some special 'Best Friends' punch.

"Welcome to Bestfriendtopia," says the fish.

Oh my. Thank you. That would be very nice. SMoB, what a surprise to find you here.

Kiry sulks. How come /we/ didn't get that?

Some bubbles arrive in through the door of the igloo, they look like smug bubbles. And they *pop* to emit Miranda's voice.

"I told you so."

The fish isn't a surprise?

Meanwhile above, Miranda mentions "It's because you had your eyes closed, and probably because you like Felea better than me!"

Which of course, makes Mir burst into loud tears, and her nose runs and we all know where she likes to wipe her nose, don't we?

*sends a glare back up through the frozen waters to Miranda*

Miranda WOULD look injured, but she's too busy wiping her nose on Kiry's shirt -- whether Kiry likes it or not.

Meanwhile, SMoB is getting on 'Best Friend punch'

Well, finding a fish in a lake isn't so much of a surprise. The talking was somewhat startling.

And hey, shouldn't we be /sharing/ that Best Friends punch?

Kiry, meanwhile, pushes miranda away from her. "Go find a handkerchief or something." Of course, the fact that her shove would send Miranda reeling in the direction of the icy waters is, of course, purely accidental...

Miranda grabs ahold of Kiry as she loses her balance, yelling "YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS ONCE!!!" If she's going in; Kiry's going in.

Meanwhile, down below, SMoB is sipping best friend's punch; and Inanna gets offered some too. Oh and a blanket -- don't mind the water.

The fish winks at Inanna; just for effect, and says "Well I hope you like Bestfriendtopia. We don't get many visitors. There was this crazy girl once in her underwear; she looked like that one up on the beach there, but she didn't stay long. (He's pointing at Miranda of course) Finally we had to throw her out; she was quite a nuisance."

Which is very odd, isn't it? Miranda being a nuisance?
