Chelmsford
Big town in Essex, not a city although theres a nice cathedral. Loads of nice parks to walk dogs, including Hylands where V99 will occur this year. Nice areas - Moulsham, Broomfield. Grotty Areas - Melbourne, Westlands. Adequate shops, parking, restaurants. Recommend the Peking Hors Douvres on New Street for superb takeaways.
