HVL stands for a researcher called Hoovooloo. I'm not really sure which incident though. Tango was it the one with spook or Frumious Bandersnatch account?

Odd, that. All my previous encounters with Hoo have shown him to be polite, smart, and often devastatingly witty.
Sorry, I don't really know why I'm here. Just thought I'd point out that I'm 16, too, and when I joined the Young Researchers, I saw your name and remembered hearing something about you vs. Hoo. Hope you don't mind if I prowl around your conversations looking for clues about what happened.

No, I mean, what was it about anyway? Why did he demand one? All I've seen is the "Hoovooloo vs. Tango Paradox".

To be honest, I didn't follow it that closely. This was in the 'Peer Review and Quality Control' thread, which really got personal after that point. Tango knows specifics though.
