i followed the tag to your space, the link to your house,on the earth one, ive tryed from the cybercafe i have to use, but get lost lol.

would be good to add a new link to my space,showing where i live.

Hi good to hear from you, Moonhog will put you on the map it will provide a link that posting dose not do.
You have some excellent entry ideas and the Historic Bradford buildings is a very good read. Got any more in mind.

i use the cybercafe in town, but it asnt the earth on it, i can download small things, but with 56k modem its to limited.

the bradford one, was a one off, my main side in the years gone by was the ww2, i mate wanted me to find a relation that died in 1918, thats what started it, then the ww2 came along, and i was able to get and give help to other ww2,ers.

then the ww2 was made into a guide site only, and a lot of the researchers, like linzee, left the h2g2.

it was just that a few on here ive got to know, ie giggles, rev nick and so on, i wanted to say, click here to see my house.

the only reason we ahve lots of green area,s is that the flats where all demolished, and nothing built on the areas for now, the golf course, is at the end of the m606, onto the m2, i think lol jim

i cmae here in 1980, after ide spent from 1967 away on the road, living in a few towns, manchester, sheffield, leicester, barnsley, and so on.

then the grassy areas where all filled with, 3 storey maisonettes

from the local newsletter, it sometime this year when they plan to build houses again. we dont want them, it will mean the estate will be overrun with kids, and the problems of damage.

we dont have a bus shelter now, the kids climbed on it, and where jumping on the top of the bus, so the shelter went.

a lot of the estate is ex council, now houusing ass,any with a red roof, they stand out like soar thumbs.

ive just had the house along with all the housing ones, upgraded, but mine and a few others are badly painted and wallpapered, and have to be done again.

i spend time on h2g2 when im at home, as its all i can get without internet, apart from bbc things, and cnn,itn.

i go to an internet cafe most days.

it allows me to do my forums and sites im part of.

i wanted to become a memeber of the secondlife.com comunity, i had enough memeory needed at the cyber, but on the download it was out of date with a card item ggrr.

after the fiasco with the housing and the house, i just take it slow, there is still a few things to sort.

i have to redo the kitchen walls, the paint they used id ribbish, and a mark wont wash off lol.

i got a tin of washable paint this morning.

from 12 noon tomz im at the cyber, so i,ll probably paint the walls on monday. jim

a few hours at the cyber gets me out and about.

the painting will be on a start and stop, i usually do an hour on something, then have a cuppa to replenish lol. jim

sorry i had to go.

i could see from the small tv in the corner of my system that law and order svu, was coming on, so all i do is, hit the tv button on the remote/k/board, and im back ful screen.

i can listen and watch the tv on here, or listen to a music channel, or even a radio one.lol

ive over 150 mixed channels to choose from lol.

as the wall are high, my arm will no doubt ache after half hour or so, so i,ll take most of the day to finish the four walls,

one good thing, with the new units and tiling, there is a lot less wall lol jim
