Shurt uff
Just been nattering to BtJ, who's back, and who did a sympathy over the handlebars last month ... I was explaining that these bloomin' exercises take so long to do, as soon as I've finished then it's time to start again.

Cheers!
Motivated by fear, I assure you. Still, at least I have the time to make the necessary effort. How I'll manage to fit in the 'official' exercises, along with these YouTube ones, is an interesting idea.

Sadly, I wasn't wrong when I said 'at their leisure' ... stiff and aching today, so it's a declared Duvet Day.

The splint has been worn for the second time, and this time HiHo was far more co-operative ... this expedition had nothing to do with the still awaited phone call, I needed to go to the PO but didn't fancy getting soaked (or even a bit wet, well damp but no guarantee that I'd only get damp).

Not likely ... the real problems are with frequency and quantity. Were they to be properly addressed, then quality would become an issue.
My technique is impeccable, I'll have you know

Cheers!
But I'm the only person who thinks my technique is impeccable: does that make the technique uniquely impeccable?
In truth, I just don't practise enough, so actually your technique is not only better but more reliable
