Hhmmm...

Well, I like The Hitchhiker's Guide, obviously. I've read the omnibus twice, but seeing as how I've had it for several years now, I guess that's not an amazing feat in and of itself. But if you take into consideration how COOL I looked reading it BOTH times, then I'm sure that alone is reason enough to reconsider our previous and premature judgement on said accomplishment.
Is there really enough fans of Adams' to necessitate an elaborate website such as this? I should hope so. In fact this website, although I'm speaking without any actual knowledge on the subject of web design, is nowhere NEAR elaborate enough to contain the wisdom and with that was and is Douglas Adams. But seeing as how they were kind enough to grant me membership, and the afore mentioned lack of knowledge, I retract that last statement in hopes that noone of importance as far as my membership is concerned will be unsettled by it and atempt to kick me off. Plus if you retract a statement, that means you don't have to apologize for it. You save much more face that way.
Am I supposed to be talking about anything in particular? I hope not. I'm just trying to fill up this box but every time I reach the bottom it gets bigger. It's quite frustrating.
Anyway...yeah...so talk to me if you'd like. Unless you liked the H2G2 movie, then you must fill out this form in triplicate, send one to me, keep one for yourself, and put one in the biggest safe $60 can buy. Now wrap a chain around the safe, ensuring that the form is still inside and padlock it a minimum of three times. Then toss it into the ocean, once again, ensure that the form is inside the safe BEFORE you toss it overboard. Next, I'll lose my copy and ask you to fax me a copy of your copy. Then I will proceed to lose that one and ask if you'd be so kind as to send me your copy and I'll send it back to you once I make a copy of that copy. Once this has taken place, the postal service will proceed to lose the envelope containing your copy. We will both seem frustrated, but I will just be playing along since I didn't actually want to talk to you to begin with. Then you'll remember the one you threw into the sea, and you'll atempt to recover it in a desperate last measure to try and keep communications with me open. You of course die before ever nearing the ocean when a minivan full of styrofoam packing pellets t-bones your I-Roc Z, sending you on your way to oblivion and leaving my weekend free to not talk to you. And as the light at the end of the tunnel nears, you'll realize that I never gave you a form to fill out in the first place. We'll both have a good laugh, only mine will be a few weeks after your tragic passing.
