Well I have a new job now!

I was hired by the company I interviewed with this morning. I start om monday 22-12-1999. I can hardly wait to tackle this new challenge. I will leave the public eye and only work with computer professionals. This is something of a dream come true.

Job search update

I go for my first interview in a long time in 15 hours. I am a little nervous as I have not prepared myself for this mentally yet. This job kind of got sprung on me at the last moment. It is one that I think I would enjoy enormously. I hope that it all goes well tomorrow, but should I feel like I am ditching out on my coworkers? I have no loyalty towards the company I presently work for. But I can't escape the feeling that I am leaving good friends and not giving my current employer a chance. Well I shouldn't count my chikens etc... I hope that soon I will be changing my email address if you know what I mean. Fingers crossed and ready to sign a new contract.

Oh how Fun!

I am looking for a new job. Don't get me wrong, but I hate working for a bank. Too many little rules that are so very important. Not that I disagree that your bank should keep very good records and shuch. I just get tired of all the paperwork. So off I go ISO a posistion with a hightech firm with good pay etc. If at all possible I will start doing the work I am trained to do and get compensated as I fell I am worth. I know that this sounds very arrogant, nut I have been underpaid for far too long and I think it is time to get some of that back. At least I have had the time to update my CV and get all of the little details thqat I always forget included. But I know that next week I will remember that tiny little bit of info that would have worked so well. Ah... I love looking for a job.

Minesweeper

I hate microflacid. But I am addicted to the game minesweeper. My current best time are as follows.
Beginer: 3 seconds
Intermediate: 25 seconds
Expert: 107 seconds.
I know this makes me look like a tool, but I was too proud when I finnaly broke 120 secs for expert.

An idea out of control.

Good. My church is growing and I have a lot of good people helping make this a better place. The Brownies are being baked and consumed, I could not ask for a better reaction.
