Seems that when Monsy left she took your recipe for green chilie.

Would you be so kind as to send me the recipe?

Heya NM.

The recipe for this is pretty simple.

2 lbs of chicken breast cubed into small bites
2 tins of green chilies
2 cans of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
12-20 corn tortillas
1 pound grated cheese

Brown the chicken cubes, then mix with the chilies and soup
Layer tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese in alternating layers into a casserole dish
Bake the dish for 35-45 minutes at 350 or till the dish is slightly browned on top. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

eeerrrmmmm.....Thanks for the recipe, and it sounds delicious and I've GOT to try it but; that's not the one.

The one I'm after has cubed pork, anahiem(sp) chilies, and tomitillos.
