h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm a brand new member of the site and generally a bit of an internet newbie. Huge fan of Douglas Adams obviously.

I'm wondering about the true brownies? If you could explain that one I'd be eternally grateful. Or at least until next tuesday. When I may have to explain myself to french-speaking Mancunian dolphins. Which can really screw with your gratitude... unless you're a pro.

Also as a new member I'm curious as to what you don't like about the site. If it's people like me bugging you, tell me, I'm not easily offended.

Your eclectic music tastes are interesting. Techno and Classical are very wide though. Care to elaborate on either?

Anyway I've just got back from the pub, am a bit half-cut, but couldn't resist this site when I found it. My first entry is beer related. I might be being a bit of an ignoramus, and so won't write anything else until I'm shober. Yesh, mish moneypenny!

True brownies are delectable morsels of baked goodness. I am afraid that the church has gone the way of the Edsel and the Dodo, but those who worshiped at the altar of the True Brownie are still about.

The things that I don't like about the site are fairly esoteric. You really would have to have been here in beginning to see how things changed to really understand my dissapointment. That said, I still come here every day.

As for music... I just love music. I have a very strong affinity towards certain artists. Music is one thing that allows me to make it through the day. It lends me strength, calms me down, keeps me energised all at the same time.

Nothing wrong with writing about beer. It's my favourite beverage.
