Hmmmmm... so you've actually ended up hurting yourself to avoid hurting someone else?
I'm grateful I've never ended up using physical violence - or... hmmmm... do violent fights with my brother when we were kids count?
Anyway - people always back off, thus depriving me of the opportunity - and reason - to beat them up... maybe I've just been lucky...

Hurting myself to avoid hurting myself was fairly common at one point in my life. I am really now trying to live a life of pacifisim tho I still have a long way to go.
Sorry it took four days to respond, I was away from work and away from my connection since Thusday. Thanks for stopping by the page.

I won't be on the messenger tonight - I'm trying to work through all of the regular Salonistas today before I grow too tired...

Ahem - if you would happen to get bored again, then I have a suggestion which probably is more amusing than counting Atelier conversations...
<./>T283765</.> - it's a nonsense ballad, quite amusing - I've only gotten as far as posting 160...

Using Trillian, I ended up with updating messages from both MSN and YM - so I downloaded the latest Trillian patch - but for some reason it doesn't seem to agree with me (or my computer, actuallyl) - so until I've figured it what's wrong, I won't be available on Trillian

Let me know when you are back online w/ trillian. I did read somewhere that trillian and other third party IM clients are being blocked from both MSN and Yahoo! and that patches are int eh beta development stage, but available.

Well, at w*rk my Trillian seem to be working OK except for YM, but at home I get an error message when I try to start Trillian...
I'll have to copy my friends' list at w*rk before uninstalling and re-installing Trillian at home
Greetings Marv...

Right - so I uninstalled and re-installed Trillian at home - but the minute I try to add my Yahoo account it crashes - despite downloading and running the patch - so I guess no more YM for me, for now at least...

Hmmm... I think I've managed to get Trillian working on AIM and MSN - if you'd happen to see me online, please give a yell, will you?

One of the Swedish online newspapers had some photos from the Saab museum in Trollhättan today:

Wow, thanks. There are a couple of beautiful classics in there.

The museum site also has pictures of some of the cars - only available in Swedish, I'm afraid:
http://www.saabsverige.com/main/SE/sv/museum_cars.xml?ID=Saab99Turbo1980
'Välj bil:' means 'Choose car' and offers options to view other models.

None of those pictures is of the exact revision of my old 96. I miss that car. I still have the name plate, but it is long gone. It was sent to the scrap yard over a decade ago.

That is pretty awesome. I love that car. Erik on the Roof did some amazing things in the old Saabs.

I think your recent posting in the anniversary thread was most awesome - I'm still re-reading and digesting it. Very eloquently put, Sir!
