Enter The Llama. Cool. Handsome. Witty. Intelligent. A Pathological Liar.
"A Life? Cool! Where can I download one?"

G'Day, Maaaaaaaate. I'm The_Daily_Llama, mate, and I'm not your stereotypical aussie. Still, no worries, eh, mate?
'Ang on, I'll be back in a moment, I've gotta go down to the pub for a beer while I listen to country music and go for a ride in a kangaroos pouch.
Yes. That, my friend, was sarcasm.
Before I begin my needlessly complicated introduction to the world of me, you should know three things. First of all, I have a flawless memory. Second of all, I'm arrogant, eltist and hypocritical. Deal with it. Or flame me with a chorus of "OMIGODZERZZZZ UR SOOOOO MEEN!!21!112!@212!@!@!ONEOENOENONENJEONEONEOEELLVELVENVEOVNOENVOE". Either was is fine with me, though I usually get more of a laugh out of the second thing.
And there was a third thing, but I've forgotten it.
My intrests lie mainly in music, reading, and the cesspool of information and culture that is the internet. In what I sometimes refer to as "that big room I sometimes go into that sometimes has a really big lightbulb in its ceiling and somtimes has a whole lot of weak ones in it, and sometimes leaks", I'm something of a non- conformist that's sick of the way all non- conformists are alike. But anyway. Moving on.
As far as my musical tastes go, I'm a fan of Rock (say, Red Hot Chilli Peppers), Alternative (for example, radiohead), instrunmental rock and pop (Explosions in the Sky come to mind), electronica (take The Postal Service) and really bad stuff that makes peoples ears hurt. (Most notably, my own attempts to improve the culture of the world by writing melodramtic songs about how bad melodrama in song writing is.)
The two latest bands I've really gotten into are OK GO, and Killers.
My favourite authors are Terry Pratchett, Jeffery Archer, J.R.R. Tolkein, and who could forget Douglas Adams?
Then again, seeing as I'm about to take part on a website inspired by his Hitchikers series (Which I'm afriad I feel aren't as good as 'last chance to see' and his Dirk Gently books. But. Anyway.) saying that I dislike him would probably be marginally less intelligent than lighting a cigarrette on an oil rig.
The internet? After a year as a devout member of the Metanet community, in which I raked up over 1500 posts and 200 user levels, I decided it was time for a break. So, naturally, I came hear.
What's that? Huh? What a bizzarre concept... what is this fresh air you speak of? Oh, never mind.
Politics? Strongly anti- Bush (the ll-it is silent) and slightly less strongly Howard. Creationism is rubbish, and very little can convince me otherwise. Religion I'm undecided on.
You know, I used to be really indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.
Oh- and one last thing- ever last thing I say is a lie. Including that.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
*silence*
*crickets start chirping*
SUDDENLY, nothing happens. But it happens suddenly, mind you.
*silence*
Then, emerges a voice from the gloom, drawling and slurred. 'This is my-stic, this is my-stic' it slurps to the world. Then, more silence. A few moments later, the voice swears '-y hell, I dropped me stick.'
A bustle of noise. And, after that, nothing but gentle tapping of the keyboard, long into the small hours of eternity.
