You know, I love subbing your entries. 
Just two things. First, the AOC and DOC thing is still rather unclear. Is one for pizza and the other for wine? What about Italian wine? Sorry, I'm ignorant. Second, I didn't know who Maradona is until I looked it up; perhaps another footnote?
Other than that, a few pedantic fixes and it's ready to go back to you guys.
