As for hols, forgot to answer that question, I like going down south with being in the North, we are going to Bournemouth for two weeks this year in the summer, we have been before. But I've also been to Menorca, Corfu and Zante but I do like visiting the lake district, coz it is so near. Usually it just depends on what we can afford lol!

Bournemouth, such pleasant memories had our honymoon there rained all week, had to stay indoors, bought Scrabble....says a lot about us.

Looks like I missed ya again lol.

I like Keswick too and Ambelside, well most places in the lakes, and it's not far from me

I've only been to Edinburgh in Scotland, just for the day, we went round Edinburgh castle while we were there. I have been to France once but it was ages ago now.

Bournemouth weather can be temperamental lol! The first year we went we had glorious weather which was nice but the next time we went it rained the whole time lol so who knows what it will be like this year.

BTW Wigan won Wakefield but only just but a win is a win lol, hopefully it will give them a bit of confidence for the league match, we've got wakefield again on Friday and they are just above Wigan so we really need a win to get off the bottom of the table! *fingers crossed*

You probably already know but Wigan got beat by Wakefield 40-14 Ok you can stop laughing now lol!

It's really looking bad for Wigan now only 2 points and at the bottom of the table I think they may even be a chance they get relegated this season if it doesn't get any better. I keep hoping things will get better but it's looking more and more unlikely

just heard the news about Millward, perhaps St Helens got it right last year.

Your right about being busy, thats the wat it goes at the end/beginning of the year It will soon calm down is my mantra.

Have a long w/e comming up Thursday - Monday only problem is I've ordered to go to the MIL, should be a somewher on HooToo.

Will be absent for several days after tomorrow, 1,000's of threads to pick up on, on my return just thinking about it.

I'm not happy about Wigan at all, Yep Millward has gone and it won't do them much good being without a coach though and we just got beat by Saint's 48-10 There is talk of Shaun Edwards being coach or Brain Noble (Bradfords Coach) coming to Wigan so we'll have to wait and see. Whoever it is has a tough job lol!

Had a bit of a bad day yesterday, got stuck in a 4 hour traffic jam a journey that was supposed to have took 1 hour and a half took us five and half hours. At one point we had gone 14 miles in 2 hours what a nightmare!

Yep I'm trying to keep my son occupied on the school hols he goes back Wednesday, he is sleeping at his friends house tonight so I think I'm gonna get a bottle of wine in

Well as you already might know Wigan finally won against Huddersfield under the new coach Brian Noble. I'm a bit surprised that he actually took the job, hopefully this might mean a few more wins now I'm hopeful lol.

I went to my home teams cup game at the weekend Barrow v Widnes. They got beat 22-40 but considering Widnes is in the 1st division and Barrow is in the 2nd, Barrow played pretty well and were even winning at half time. Hubby got some free tickets coz his work sponsor the cup (Northern)

Seems to have been an age since I was last here

Can't begin to describe how busy things have been have needed to be visited at w/e's then we went to visit S-I-L in Nothhampton.

Looks like Brian Noble still has lots to do , still there should be some time left this season.

Spare a thought for a poor Spurs fan we missed out on Europe by 2 points and to Arsenal

The weather is getting just right should be heading to the lakes over the next couple of weeks, look out Keswick

Kewsick is a lovely place, we went to lakeside yesterday and then went on the steamer on the lake to bowness and Ambleside, the weather was lovely as well

Whether here been great for a couple of weeks, have been working from home today, Backbedroom 7-12, backj garden 12-4. should be working now,

What else you been doing or is being a mum & wife a total job.

We've got 2 mothers who live down south, have visited the last couple of weekend. now have to back to bury an unkle on Monday, he was quite old 82, but it still makes u think. Tick Tock and all that.

Bowness is lovely in the sun lol you should try it sometime hehehe, we've been having glorious weather the past two weeks here in Cumbria so if you're gonna visit the lakes try and pick a good week lol!

The rugby is halfway through the season, wigan have wakefield again tonight so hopefully they will win. I guess there is still time for things to pick up but they need to be doing it now, they still only have 4 points so it's not good.

Hubby has been on his hols this week so I've just been spending some time with him.

It's not going well for Wigan, they are still bottom and got beat by Saints 14-28 and we have Rhino's next so it's not looking good Catalan are 4 points ahead of us at the bottom as well, so wigan have a bit of catching up to do.

Yup not been around much, work, leisure and family been taking its toll

Had some great times up in the lakes recently did some realy good around Borrowdale & Buttermere.
Hope all is well your end, must be looking forward to the school hols.

Shame about the Warriors, dont seem much I can say to impropve your lot.

The wedding gets closer ......starting to panic ...went to SILs Stag Day.
Karting on a Grand Prix style curcit... nearly a mile long and full of proper bends, hidden summits and other dangers... Adrenaline was pumping...3 hours of Endurance driving in teams of two...would recommend it.

Hope to be about a bit more often in the comming weeks.
