Work is getting busy (busier) , after weeks of being office bound am on the road most days and seem to only have the odd moment to log on

Anyway its good to talk........ Looking forward to another weekend, weve had plenty of snow overnight, may get to in the hills if it lasts.

Sounds like work is busy, I live in Cumbria, we don't have any snow but you can see it on the hills. It is just really chilly

I'm going to Newcastle this weekend to visit my hubbys family, and probably do a bit of shopping while we are there.

You're spoiling me with all the pressies, I'll have to give some back

I'm sure we will be both on at the same time soon

Weather here has turned a little warmer, very little snow left on the ground.

Did manage to get out for a short walk over the week-end, fancied a quite stroll up some local hills only to find that half of Liverpool had decided on going sledging........ These are my hills, what right do city folk have spoiling my pleasure ....At least they were only on the lower slopes, no crowds up in the deep snow.

Hope you had a good time in Newcastle, started your Christmas shopping early? Now that's organised........

Cumbria...such a nice place...spend loads of time around Keswick, good walking and "Jennings Ale"

Work is getting there am off on Friday the wife is hittimng the big 50 on the 17th, and are away for a long week-end in Pembrokeshire. should be a good time no little s or to go with us.

Will have to catch up eventually with HooToo, end of next week.

Aw sorry to that your walk was spoiled, I guess it isn't much fun when you have to dodge sledges.

We didn't get to Newcastle coz they had really bad snow there and some of the roads up there were supposed to have been icy but we are gonna try and go again maybe around easter time now. Erm not starting my xmas shopping just yet

We even had some snow but it is all melted now.

Keswick is a nice place, we are about a 45 min drive from the lake district. I love it there, you get some stunning views

Erm there wasn't enough hair to sell lol, I have quite short hair so get it cut quite alot so it doesn't get messy. I was a brunette but I had it coloured Auburn red and I quite like it

Well I like my auburn hair, with being a brunette red tones tend to look ok any way well I think so lol. But I know I don't suit really dark tones like black coz it makes me look pale so you are right about skin tones ect.

Wigan are playing Warrington tomorrow, things are not going well at the mo, they got beat by Salford 28-10 so I'm really hoping *fingers crossed* things will pick up and we are now 3rd bottom well things can only get better I suppose.

Yeah Wigan are not doing so well second bottom now! There is talk that Millward has been given two weeks to sort the team out or he is gone. All the injuries haven't helped either and we've got some tough games coming up. They seem to be good playing in the first half and then it all goes wrong Lets hope things improve.

We did get hit by the snow my sons school was closed for the day and so were a few others. There is supposed to be more snow this weekend as well.

Work has been crazy, mostly office based and preparing for next year.
Get on line most days in work but evenings are mad.
Home by 6.00 then back out to pick up wife or daughter No 1 s
at 8.00 & 9.00
Tonight will be able to watch on return at @ 8.30
Shame its only arsenal, maybe they'll lose

Last weekend was time again. this time a good friend with MS had a suprise for his big 40, its in April........

But loads of friends and family got togeter from about 11.00 to 4.00 then he had to go to bed, he's really poorly, cant drink, eat or talk.
Lots of pipes & tubes, but he knows whats going on, a great sence of humor through it all & 3 kids, 13,11 & 10.....

Enough of that, Hows life with you, ? all gone? or just on the ill's , need to get up to Borrowdale soon
Hope your young un is back in school, otherwise your day's atre going to be busy.....

Hi Jak sounds like you have been busy at work and with everything else.

Wigan AFC is sounding like a better option I'm still hoping things will get better, it's a long shot lol but I'm hoping.

The snow here has all long but I'm getting fed up of this winter weather and could do with a bit of sun now.

My son breaks up for his easter hols today and is off for 2 and half weeks.

I'm still learning to play the guitar, I can play a few chords now. I'm learning Wild Thing at the mo and I just need to get quicker changing between chords and it's harder than it looks lol. I do enjoy it though and I'm too stuburn to give up

I haven't been spending that much time on here really my son has been hogging the pc alot lol and I've been spending some time with my hubby he works shifts so it's nice we get some time together.
