I distinctly remember - when my older three were little so I'm thinking back 20-odd years - a cartoon which opened up with two sombrero-covered sunbathing or seista-ing one says to the other "Shall we go into town to find a preeeeety girl" and the other replies "Nah, all ze preeeeety girls in love wiv Speedy Gonzales, all the rest are chihuahuas"

I've never seen it since, even though I often browse "Boomerang" - I live in hope

I almost, but not quite remember that one - I remember the line, but not the whole cartoon. If you remember it well enough, you might be able to figure out from the descriptions of these

Just for the heck of it, I searched Elvis and "speedy gonzales" which led to warner brothers generally and Mel Blanc's 'Elvis Gorilla' characters. I'm trying to find pictures of these (I could download the aol video, I suppose, but I would have to install active-x and I just finished un-installing a bunch of different players since each site seems to require a different one and with five or so installed my computer finally started misbehaving - so i'm just trying to find stills to jog my memory).
