Something about me...
Hi,
This is me, who I am and some of the things I do.
I live in the North of England, married with three children and am home educating the middle one. I have a blog about this somewhere :-D
We attend a local Church and our Christian faith is very important to all of us.
I love writing - mostly this is in the form of chat to friends on one of the many Internet groups I belong to, but sometimes poetry, stories, letters, the Parish magazine and so forth get a look in.
I'm trying to learn the piano and have been on Grade three for at least a couple of years - but I'm a much better Grade three than I used to be :-)
Many of my Internet groups are subgroups from Flylady.net which has been a useful toolkit and cheerleader in giving my home-based life some structure.
My biggest concern is my elderly parents who live across the country and are increasingly frail.

Favourite poet: Tennyson
Favourite food: southern fried chicken and chips
Favourite group: h'm... probably Runrig
Biggest weakness: staying awake till all hours.
