h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well...just looking at my old description of myself I'd say little has changed,obviously I've gotten grumpier as I've gotten older I'll be 62yoa this November.
After being made redundant from my regular line of work three years ago Iam now self employed although I have had a fair bit of work lately I've had a lot of lean patches too.
I guess after working since I was 15yoa Im sort of a robot who finds it difficult to do nothing all day and you all know when you get time off work you either got money and work or time off and you're broke.
MOH has a mutter at me if I spend too much time on the pc,but apart from playing on various websites I dont read anything except when Im failing with the odd cryptic crosswords,I suppose that's because I have never had any education since I was about 13yoa.
I guess even in the modern crosswords of today a bit of foriegn lingo comprehension still goes a long way.
I read somewhere though that you cannot read and...write,so if any of you wish you moan or correct any of my grammatical errors please tell me so,as for reasons beyond my control I cannot sit and read books without yawning.thanks for your time and my best regards.Cedric.
