I'm assuming you're having a bit of a lie-in this morning, or you're out shopping early, or a friend's coming round, or you're hoovering the cupboards.

Morning Peta. I went shopping again - on the bus in the attempt to bring labour on yet again!

Feel a bit better today as Doug and I have made some decisions that have calmed me down. One decision is that if the hospital can't take me for induction on Friday we are going to contact another hospital and see if they can take me. And if I can't get induced by the end of Monday I am not getting induced at all as the risks of getting inducedd when post term are too high. I can't see the midwife or hospital being too happy with me but that's not that important to me. At least I feel a bit more in control now.

Good, glad to hear you're happier! When do you see the midwife, tomorrow? Can she provisionally book you in to be induced on Friday, if they have spaces on the day?

Going to another hospital, can your own hospital consultant help you with this, if they don't have beds themselves? I hope you both manage to get it sorted, and even better that Harry comes along before then.

I don't have a consultant as yet as I am still with the midwife. I know I have the right to refer myself to another hospital if I want. I know someone else who is due the same time as me and she is getting militant as well - must be in the hormones!
