Yo Mr G!
I did that stuff with the counter, but the results seem a little undesirable. Go to my homepage and see for yourself.
What have I done wrong? I registered with them, copied the HTML code onto my page (I set the 'edit page' bit from plain text to HTML), pasted it on, and it came out a mess.
Is it because I havn't put a link on their website and thet're being spiteful?
Is it because of something else? PLEASE HELP ME!

Okay it works on mine but my page is set to GuideML so click that button and hit change. Does that work?

BTW the link is in that code they gave you so no, they aren't being spiteful! Also did you cut and paste the code in or type it in by hand?

Went to 'edit page', deleted the mess,copied the HTML code from their e-mail, set the thingy to GuideML, pasted the HTML code.
It still appears to be a mess.
Am I above any help?

When you set up the link counter on their site and it asked for the page you wanted it to appear on did you type: http:\\www.h2g2.com\A181649 ? That is the url for your home page?

Actually I typed in:
http://www.h2g2.com/U96026
That is what appears in the bit where you type in website addresses at the top of the screen when I'm on my homepage. Am I meant to type
http:\\www.h2g2.com\A181649?
