I see that you have your first solo guide entry.....no wait, your first two solo guide entries. Congratulations!

By the way, next time you pop in you might visit Frink's Drinks for the grand opening - you have your own office there!

Oh, that reminds me!

I've got some info about the French origins of the Magic Roundabout for you somewhere! When you've settled back in a bit (assuming you ever will) then I'll see if I can remember to post it for you...

Florence may not smell as bad as Venice but it had it's own distinctive odours emanating from the sewer system - didn't spoil it for us though!

Hey... *stares in shock as he comes across a vaguely relevant posting on h2g2.com* - we (my family (meaning my parents 'n' siblings 'cause I'm only little *grin*)) were discussing that at lunch a bit ago... but without any solid information.

Maybe my Dad'll start to take this site a little more seriously when I present to him a perfect essay on the French origins of that particular kids' TV program... it would be the first concrete indication that this is a repository of great information as well as an entertaining read and a place to meet (and occasionally get engaged to smiley - smiley) other people... the entire future of H2G2.com as we know it could depend on your next posting... There already is some information on that programme on the stop-motion animation page - you can get to it from my home page. Show your dad that, cartoons and puppets - he will be totally hooked and you may never get to use the computer again!

Well all I can find at such short notice (I must have been sent the rest to another email address, but rest assured I will find it and post it)... is:

The little guy with the spring is named "Zebulon", the dog "Polux"

Of course, we know and love them as Zebede and Dougal.
But please pop along to some of the best collaborative pages on h2g2 (even though I do say so myself):
