Cheers Jimi - We went to Amseterdam for the weekend and it was lovely - lots of pancakes, tostis and beer - and tulips and windmills. Only thing is that they lost one of our cases on the way back and I think it has my wedding ring inside it! 
*I saw a mouse - where? - there on the stair, right there. - A little mouse with clogs on...........etc etc*

Bought some lovely tulips in Amsterdam btw - black, blue, purple rosette style, red with yellow edge and lily shaped ones - will look a blast when they are out.

I wander lonely as a cloud...
Amsterdam must look beautiful at this time of year, with all those bulbs flowering their little hearts out. It's supposed to be spring here; but, after yesterday's storm, that's a real leap of faith. The lady at the gas station wished me a merry Christmas. I assumed that she was being ironic, but perhaps it was just the fumes, after all.

Amsterdam was luverly. The weather was great, the food was fantastic and the tulips were very colourful. I saw windmills, canals and lots of clogs - what more can you ask of Holland?
