hi morgannalafey, welcome to h2g2! im doing english, history and film studies this semester, theyre all pretty interesting (history can be a bit of a bore though ). im at dundee uni, the campus is quite big and the atmosphere is really good. What do you do when your not browsing through the wonderful world of hootoo?

well, apart from trying to kill my brother Arthur and seducing Merlin the Wizard i dont really do much.

whats it like being a student? are there lots of lectures to attend and whats a semminar? (that sound like the start of a really bad joke but the punchline is pretty obvious so i wont make it!)

is there a lot going on at the students union and do you go there much?

hey! um, not really, i have about 4 or 5 lectures a week and they only last for one hour, but i have like a ton of essays to do (which im not going to get done procrastinating on hootoo )

a seminar is a one hour thingy where about 10 students or so sit in a wee room and talk about the lectures. thats about it really

union? i dont go as often as i like, but if i went as often as i liked id never get anything done

seducing merlin the wizard? er, do i really want you to elaborate on that, i wonder

merlin isnt a nickname or anything for anyone i know. its really boring, i just lifted straight from "le morte d' arthur". just a way of trying to be amusing, same as i said about killing my brother, i dont have one!!!!

your post was witty and i really liked it and i was trying to make you laugh in return.

sorry about not replying sooner but me computer got sick and we couldnt afford the doctor. its better now but i swear i can hear the sounds of 'last legs' coming from deep within its innards. still should last at least a year.
