I want my background to be black, for a while... how can I do that (i will use a trigger object if necessary)

You can use something like this



You could make it an onload on a non animated pic - if its animated the onload is true at each start of the animation.

btw there seems to be something on your user page that upsets Windows IE5 - the page locks up the browser for about 5 minutes before the page opens (possibly some rogue javasrcipt)

OH, I'm not sure... I have the IE5, too... isn't a problem for me... perhaps its just all the gifs?

It might be my browser - but I dont think its the page downloading - it shows up as not responding until whatever it is clears - if it was files downloading I could hit the stop button but it doesnt respond - but it might be my browser/java configuration

I think so... at first my computer did have troubles (I did have a munched code), but I could always stop it with the stop button... well, I must sleep
