What a bleeding idiot
Posted Oct 3, 1999
Will I ever learn to pay attention to what I wish for? I'd give all the rest up for that one. Damn, damn.
Yes, I'm being purposely cryptic. A few people might get it, one in particular maybe.
And it's partially silly, but it's still very frustrating.

Another Saturday to waste

And so far I'm doing a good job of it too, just hanging around here, having gotten up at noon. Heh. The three alarm clocks don't help, by the way. I don't mean today; no alarms today. But earlier in the week it didn't really help me get to work sooner.
I think maybe I should stop looking at the who's on list. All it does is put me on edge.

The third alarm
Posted Sep 29, 1999

Finally!
Posted Sep 24, 1999
Yes, finally! Finally it's time to get on with my work at work. Decisions have been made, some problems resolved and other problems deemed not my problem by people other than myself. Now, can someone tell me again what a "relational database" is?

Well, that's one way

I got a rejection for the Guide today, but it also appears my other entry will be approved (as there's been some editing work). That's one way to help with the disappointment. (Actually, I expected it. The rejected one was clearly an opinion piece, not for the Guide.)
