Hello, I'd like to contribute to your "Bereavement" guide

Hello Sam,
I would like to contribute to the Guide, "How Best to Cope with Bereavement" (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/A616231). I found the article through a search engine and found some of the information on it benefitial. I have been going through the bereavement/greiving process for a year and a half now, after the deaths of two people who were close to me. I have some insight that I think SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THIS ARTICLE and is MUCH BETTER than some of what I read in it.
Not to say that I didn't like the article--in fact, I was touched by most of it. It's just that I think that it doesn't properly address some of the things that I've had to face and learn to overcome.
I am new to h2g2 and BCC and I am just getting set up.
You can get a sample of my writing from the following guide (although it is NOT exactly what I have in mind for contributing to your Guide):
"Hitchhikers Guide To ... Life (Dealing with Psychological Pain)"
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/A7094496
I read about a number of suggested ways to contribute to Guides, but I don't know which is the best way in this case.
Please let me know about how I should best go about contributing to that Guide.
- Peace -
James

Hi there and welcome to h2g2
Sam doesn't get on here as much as we would like him to these days, so I thought I would poke my nose in
Once an article is accepted into the Edited Guide then the author can't change or edit it - only current staff can.
If an Entry needs updating then it has to be done via the UpdateForum
Have a read of that page and it will explain the process.
