Alright, I don't know how your bosses are, but I think you should call them again, and say: "Listen, I know you said you need me to come, but I really can't. I'm in a really bad state, I haven't slept in over 50 hours now, I just fainted a while ago and I don't think I can do any work. Even if I come I'm not going to be any good. So I'm really sorry, but I'm not going to come today."
I'm pretty sure they'll find someone else, if you explain it like that. Try not to sound like you're just whinging, be as reasonable and logical as you can, and don't ask - TELL them you can't come.
